PATS is a nationally recognised standard training scheme for those who look after passengers, including bus and minibus drivers, passenger Assistants, care workers, teachers and taxi/private hire workers.

There are five modules including a mandatory induction followed by optional modules that focus on assisting passengers with disabilities, wheelchair users, children, young adults and the elderly.

CT Trainers can help delegates to select the most relevant modules to meet their individual needs. The course lasts between half a day to a full day, depending on the modules chosen.
